Insert a half page manuscript in Word 2007 document


1. After you finish to entry the text in the document and proofread to correct, click the Microsoft Office logo button in the upper left corner in Word 2007 window→ to create a blank file.

2. In the new blank document, click the "Page Layout" tab, click the "writing paper set" in the "manuscript" control group. And then set manuscript format, ranks number and network grid color, etc. in the "manuscript Settings " dialog box, and click "OK "to exit. And then default the format in Word 2007 and then saved this new document as a file.
 
3. Return to the original document, click the "Insert" tab, click the "objects" in the "text " control group. And then open the "Object " dialog box, select "Create from File" tab, Click "Browse" button to find the saved manuscript document file and click "OK " to finish.
 
4. Right-click on the manuscript select "Format Object", select "Picture" tab in the opened "Format Object" dialog box. And then enter a number in the "cut" item according to the size of paper. And then cut the bottom of the manuscript.
 
5. If you want to enter text in the half-page manuscript, you can double-click the inserted manuscript and it will open a new document. And you can close the document directly after you complete the entry.
