Shift is a very common key which we are very familiar with this key. And in Explorer or My Computer, press and hold the Shift can enforce to move the file, and with the mouse you can quickly select the batch file. So it can facilitate our work much more. But do you known the roles which Shift key has played in Word?
Today,  I'd like to share the information of the Shift Key with all of you. And hope it can help you do the normal operations!
1. Shift + "Close" command = Close All
With the "Save All", it natural have the "Close All". And the methods to operate are familiar with the "Save All", hold down the Shift key and then click on "File" menu, you can close all files.
2. Shift + mouse = Select large text accurately
Some friends may often want to select a large section of the text when they are working, the usual method is using the mouse to drag the selection, but this method is generally convenient for small pieces of text. However, if you want to select a large text across the page, you will often encounter the situation that mouse has go ahead, particularly a novice who is difficult to grasp the speed of moving the mouse. In fact, using the Shift key can easily solve this problem.
And the Specific operation are as follows: First, you just need to click the left mouse button at the beginning of the text. Then hold down the Shift key, click the end of the text which you want to select. Then all the text between the two clicks will be immediatelyis selected, not only very convenient, but absolutely can not go wrong.
