Shift is a very common key which we are very familiar


Comprehensive Interpreting the using skills of Shift key in the Word(1)


              Shift is a very common key which we are very familiar with this key. And in Explorer or My Computer, press and hold the Shift can enforce to move the file, and with the mouse you can quickly select the batch file. So it can facilitate our work much more. But do you known the roles which Shift key has played in Word?
Today,  I'd like to share the information of the Shift Key with all of you. And hope it can help you do the normal operations!
1. Shift + Delete keys = cut
When we select a text in document, hold down the Shift key and press the Delete command to implement the "cut" operation. And then the selected text will be copied to the clipboard directly, it's really very convenient.
2. Shift + Insert key = paste
This order are corresponding to the last commands "cut". And you hold down Shift and press the Insert key is equivalent to execute the Paste command, and the latest content which saved in the clipboard will be copied to the current cursor directly, and the aboveCut command with. Then we can  greatly speed up the editing efficiency of the article when we coordinate with the "cut" command.
              3. Shift + F10 key = Right key of the mouse
Hold down Shift and press the F10 function key to implement the right mouse button commands in the current position. You can have a try we the mouse can not work well.
              4. Shift + "Save" command = Save All
Click the "File" menu in the case of press the "Shift" key,  you will find the original "Save" command has been transformed to the "Saved All". And its role is to quickly save all opened Word spreadsheet file.
